Describe two possible service-for-fee offerings that might become available to users of Internet-enabled wireless devices (such as iPad or mobile phones) in the near future. Write one paragraph for each service in which you outline the profit potential and risk of losses for each.


Currently, Internet is worldwide necessity. Many ways attractive promotions were held such as the use of Wifi in the restaurants, hotels, educational institutions and also some private parties.  Here, the internet is easily and quickly access as well as  they offering food and drinks.  In the hotels, all the rooms including conference room is provided with Wifi which contribute a little profit in respect of hotels.

While the risks, the users will stayed long time in the restaurants which offered free internet access, and it is became loss to the restaurants.  Furthermore, hackers are also contributed losses because they are using internet without permission and warning to the restaurant and the restaurant will paid the internet bills.

Conclusion
Therefore, the Internet services should be updated in order to play their own safety as well. However, services must be regularly monitored and upgrade with current needs.

In two paragraphs, explain why a customer-centric Web site design is so important, yet is so difficult to accomplish.


In business, customer is important in order to contribute to the development of a business. An interesting website are also very important role to attract customers.  Many customers preferable to things or products that are interested even the price is expensive.   Currently, preferences of customers varies with trendy concepts such as classical, modern, religious, abstract and so forth.  In addition, website is very important and the easiest ways to gather information and products  they need.   If they can not find what they want they will go elsewhere. 

Actually, to reach the customers attention is very difficult but we must remember why customers come to our website and make it as easy as possible for them to achieve their goals.

To attract customers attention is difficult and challenging. Therefore, we should do some studies on details and needs of customers for our website eventhough we face the high risk and challenging.
